Program Overview
Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance and a vibrant center of innovation, awaits you. Complete one year of beginning or intermediate Italian in only one quarter in Italy, with Florence as our campus. Electives include various fields: Art History, Food Studies; Viticulture, and Fashion. All courses integrate on-site visits—from the Uffizi Museum to a Parmigiano-Reggiano producer in Parma; from local markets to the Chianti wine region. We will walk every day following the steps of Dante, Machiavelli, Botticelli, and Galileo and glean what made Italian culture so globally relevant. No matter what your major is, this full-immersion experience will enhance your academic profile and empower you while exploring the beautiful cities and cultural diversity of Italy and Europe. Ciao!
