Summer Internships in Hong Kong - Placements

Each UC Davis Summer Abroad Internship program pairs UC Davis Study Abroad with a partner organization that manages the personalized internship placements; arranges accommodations and excursions; leads onsite orientations and optional social events; and provides 24/7 emergency support. As part of the placement process for Summer Internships, participants will first enroll through UC Davis Study Abroad and then complete a supplemental application for the partner organization associated with their particular Summer Internship program.

Summer Internships in Hong Kong - Cost

UC Davis Summer Abroad Internship program fees include shared accommodations, a welcome meal, airport transportation, health insurance, and support services, but exclude airfare and personal expenses. Financial aid can be applied to tuition, and students should check cancellation policies for potential fees.

Summer Internships in Hong Kong - Travel

The program includes pre-departure and on-site orientations, requires participants to arrange their travel and obtain necessary visas, and provides health insurance coverage during the duration of the internship in Hong Kong.

The UC Davis Summer Abroad program provides furnished accommodations with kitchen facilities, emphasizes participant responsibility for meal costs, offers a range of cultural and professional activities tailored to student interests, and includes essential risk advisories for studying abroad. Participants can connect with past attendees for insights into the experience.
