Matthew Vernon is an associate professor of English literature at the University of California, Davis. He writes about the Middle Ages, nineteenth-century American literature, and popular culture.

Mark Mascal is completed his PhD in chemistry at Imperial College in the University of London, and thereafter performed postdoctoral research with a Nobel prize winner in Strasbourg, France.

Robert S. Taylor is Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Davis. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2002. He specializes in contemporary analytic political philosophy and the history of liberal political thought.
