UCEAP Global Start - How to Apply

Who is eligible to enroll?

  • To be eligible to participate in the UCEAP Global Start program you must meet the following requirements:
    • Be a First-year student admitted to UC Davis.
    • Students must also submit a statement of intent to register (SIR) by the campus deadline.
    • Be 18 years old by September 23, 2026.
    • Have a U.S. or EU passport by September 23, 2026. UC Davis recommends that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your intended date of departure from the international destination.
    • Must attend the mandatory summer hybrid orientations.
